Full-Time About Us Gallagher Paint & Paper is a high-end residential and commercial painting and wallpaper company focused on quality craftsmanship, strong communication, and a premium client experience. We work with homeowners who expect a polished, well-managed project from start to finish—and we deliver. We're growing and looking for someone who can help us elevate the client experience while supporting marketing and back-office operations. Position Overview This role sits at the front line of our business. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, helping guide potential customers through the early stages of the sales process while supporting marketing initiatives and internal operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in interior design, painting, or a related field—especially a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience at a fast-growing, design-focused company. Key Responsibilities Client Experience / Sales Support Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries from potential customers Qualify leads and schedule estimates Provide a high-touch, professional first impression of our brand Support the sales process from initial inquiry through project kickoff Marketing Coordination Assist with social media coordination, content planning, and campaigns Work with internal team and external partners on marketing initiatives Help maintain a consistent, high-end brand presence Operations / Back Office Support Assist with scheduling, project coordination, and internal communication Support payroll, recruiting, and onboarding tasks as needed Work closely with Project Managers and Crew Leads to keep jobs running smoothly Field Support Occasionally meet with homeowners on-site Assist Project Managers with client communication and job coordination Ensure a seamless experience between sales and operations Qualifications Degree or relevant experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional presence and ability to interact with high-end clientele Proficient with basic technology (CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, etc.) What We're Looking For Motivated, hungry to learn, and eager to grow Strong sense of ownership and accountability Someone who takes pride in delivering a great client experience A team player who can also operate independently Why Join Gallagher Paint & Paper Work directly with ownership and leadership Be part of building a premium brand in the market Gain exposure to design, construction, and business operations Clear opportunity for growth as the company expands If you're looking to build a career in design, client experience, and operations—and want to be part of a company that takes pride in doing things the right way—we want to hear from you.
