Client Success Manager At Delicious Unlimited, we've spent over 50 years serving fresh, scratch-made meals to daycare centers, preschools, schools, and care facilities across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Today, we proudly deliver more than 30,000 meals daily to over 300 locations. We are looking for a relationship-driven Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer relationships, account management, operations coordination, and business development — while making a meaningful impact on the communities and children we serve every day. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships with daycare and school administrators Support onboarding and ongoing account management for partner locations Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally Conduct client meetings and presentations for prospective accounts Collaborate with operations, kitchen, delivery, and sales teams Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and account activity Represent Delicious Unlimited at networking and community events Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Nutrition, Communications, or related field Associate's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered Experience in customer service, account management, food service, childcare, education, or logistics preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Familiarity with
CACFP/NSLP
