Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

We're looking for someone who can sell, stay organized, and take care of customers from start to finish. This is not just a cashier position — you'll be a key part of our front-end team, helping customers, coordinating orders, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you like being busy, talking with people, and working around plants, this is a great opportunity to grow with a well-established garden center. What You'll Do Help customers select plants, trees, and landscaping materials Ring up purchases and handle transactions accurately Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions and orders Prepare quotes for landscaping, bulk materials, and plant orders Coordinate and schedule deliveries and installations Keep the sales area organized and assist with restocking as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking with customers Strong multitasking and organization skills Comfortable handling a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (quotes, POS system, inventory) Reliable and shows up ready to work Retail, landscaping, or garden center experience is a plus (not required) What Makes This Job Different You're not stuck behind a register — you'll be involved in sales, operations, and customer experience Hands-on work in a plant-filled, outdoor environment Opportunity to learn about landscaping, trees, and plant care Work with a small, hardworking team where your role matters Schedule Spring/Summer hours (includes Saturdays) Full-time availability preferred
