This position ensures smooth daily operations by managing appointments and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Customer communication Greet customers as they walk in the door and direct them to where they need to go Answer incoming customer calls Scheduling service appointments Manage vehicles towed into dealership Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills.
