Job Description

Job Summary:
Seva Senior Home Care Services LLC is a veteran owned organization, provides non-medical home care services to seniors, infirm adults, as well as those recovering from surgery or illness. Office coordinator is an individual who completes intake referral form of client's need home care services. Promptly delivers referral to the supervisor immediately after completion. The office coordinator works under the direct supervision of the supervisor.
Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent. An individual with training and experience in the home care industry. A minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional. Completion of an initial training and must have a criminal background check. Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
The duties consist of below activities, which include, but are not limited to: Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor. Answers phones, receives all intake information. Takes telephone referral information when appropriate. Handle all matters related to referrals, with the exception of issues that require professional/service delivery judgment. Advise supervisor of all new cases to be serviced. Documents and reports to supervisor when there is a change in client status, change in service requirement, change in employee assigned to case and any unsatisfactory performance. Participates in the evaluation of field staff in regard to punctuality, reliability, assignments, and related matters. Telemarketing Agency services. Utilize time effectively and efficiently Cooperates with supervisor and with client/family. Shows interest, asks questions and seeks information. Is self-reliant and plans appropriately. Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA and Agency policy guidelines. Follow emergency procedures in the event of any medical or non-medical situations. Follow client rights at all times. Report any incidents or client changes immediately to the supervisor. Follow instructions, is punctual, attendance is acceptable and is at work as scheduled. Follow all agency policy and procedures. Maintain effective communication with client, family, supervisor, and other team members. Follows assignments, specific office orders, regulations. Wear appropriate clothing and ID badge as necessary when at work. Notifying the Agency of absences due to illness, emergency leave, normal vacation periods, or special professional meetings, which will affect the business operation. Other duties as assigned.
