How you'll make an impact Coordinates activities with the Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated book of business relating to marketing, claims, administration, renewals, and sales. Typically assigned to clients having the most complex needs with no renewal goals associated with assigned accounts. Independently provides support to assigned group of clients. Resolves most complex customer service problems and inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents. Day-to-day client contacts are generally mid
