About Us Shevick Sales Corp. is a vertically integrated mattress manufacturer based in Niles, Illinois, with a mission to make buying and owning a mattress a delightful experience. We operate three mattress brands in the
United States:
Earthfoam, Sleep On Latex, and The Burgess Bedding Company. Through our partnership in Earthfoam Pvt Ltd, the largest natural latex foam manufacturer in Sri Lanka, we also distribute natural latex foam to other mattress manufacturers. The Opportunity The Business Account Coordinator plays a central role in managing the customer experience for the company's business accounts, coordinating communication, order processes, and ongoing support for a diverse range of customers. This role helps ensure that business orders move smoothly from initial inquiry through final delivery, with clear communication, strong follow-through, and close attention to detail at every stage. The position serves as a key link between customers and internal teams, helping maintain a high level of service while supporting efficient execution. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day needs of business accounts across a variety of order types and customer relationships, including both component and finished-product sales. It requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with sales, warehouse, inventory, production, and accounting teams. The right candidate will be comfortable handling customer communication, tracking order progress, coordinating logistics and documentation, and helping create a consistent and reliable experience for business customers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate business orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring timely processing and high standards of accuracy, quality, and service. Serve as a primary point of contact for business customers, providing clear communication and proactive support throughout the order process. Prepare and maintain order documentation, sales records, inventory spreadsheets, and other customer-specific records as needed. Coordinate shipments, including booking, tracking, and related documentation. Work with warehouse, inventory, and production teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and stock levels are properly maintained. Assist in forecasting inventory requirements and developing ordering guidelines. Coordinate credit approvals, review accounts receivable reports, and assist in resolving payment-related issues. Support the development of new business by assisting prospective customers and coordinating with sales representatives on new and existing accounts. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day account coordination. The right candidate will be able to balance customer communication with internal follow-through and help create a smooth and reliable experience for business customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 2+ years of relevant experience in account coordination, customer service, logistics, sales support, or order management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing customer communication and coordinating orders through multiple stages. Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working in business systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across departments. Experience with freight coordination, inventory tracking, or business-to-business order support preferred.Expected Hours for position:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week opportunity. This employee will be required to work Monday - Friday. This opportunity is in-person at our Niles, IL (60714) warehouse location.Pay and Benefits:
Salary range from 65k - 75k per year. Offered salary will be determined on level of experience candidate possess.
