We are a growing independent financial advisory firm, dedicated to providing personalized and strategic financial guidance to our clients. We pride ourselves on offering top-notch service in a professional and friendly environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations. About the Role This dual-role position combines Client Service Specialist responsibilities with Office Management oversight, offering a unique opportunity to contribute both to client experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership of both client relationships and day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities Client Service & Operations:
  • Coordinate and manage client scheduling and communication
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and client presentations
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Process client transactions, including opening and managing accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Office Management & Administration:
  • Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Ensure smooth operation of technology systems and troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • Supervise and train office staff as needed, providing leadership and guidance Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of financial services, compliance, and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive client information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in financial services or office management preferred
