Hiring:

Area Service Manager We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Service Manager to lead service operations, drive customer retention, and grow revenue/profit within a fast-paced service environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing supervisors and front-line service representatives while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer service. ????

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a large service team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability
• Build strong customer relationships and improve service effectiveness
• Drive department performance in budget management, revenue growth, customer retention, profitability, and material control
• Develop pricing and contract strategies alongside Area Management
• Monitor industry and competitive trends and support company initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting, and operational standards ?

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and service teams
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees when necessary
• Strong background managing operational KPIs, budgets, customer retention, and profit growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt in a lean operational environment and step in when needed ?

Nice to

Have:

• Experience in uniform, linen, medical laundry, or route-based service industries (UniFirst, ImageFIRST, Superior, Novo, etc.)
• Candidates from logistics/service operations backgrounds such as FedEx are also encouraged to apply ?

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
