Full Job Description Title:
Account Coordinator (Part-Time) Summary of position: The Account Coordinator reports to the local Account Manager and is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new projects and maintenance of existing hardware/services at key accounts. New projects typically include working with key stakeholders in hospital enterprises to ensure success. Day to day activities will include the maintenance of hardware within a hospital, working with hospital staff to ensure customer satisfaction, and exploring additional growth opportunities with the Account Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with Account Manager and stakeholders on new/existing projects Provide after-sales support to retain customers Manage hardware installed throughout facilities Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries Build strong client relationships through regular communication Report on the status of accounts to
Account Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Logistics, or another related field Recent college graduate OR up to five years-experience in a customer facing role Ability to act independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work with key stakeholders Operations/Project Management background preferred Excellent listening, verbal communication, and organization skills Passionate about technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges Enthusiasm and initiative to work independently AND as part of a team Customer-centric, open-minded approach to problem solving and result-focused with ability to work under pressure Familiarity MS Office Suite, included MS Teams, Outlook and Excel Ability to utilize common hand tools
