We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing professional solutions to contractors and homeowners alike. We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused team member who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Position Summary The Customer Service & Inventory Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our customers while supporting daily store operations. This role is responsible for assisting walk-in customers, answering incoming phone calls, processing warranty and service repairs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating our point-of-sale system. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Primary Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct customer inquiries appropriately Process warranty claims and service repair intake paperwork Coordinate communication with customers regarding repair status and timelines Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory audits Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments Keep showroom and front counter organized and presentable Assist customers in identifying products and replacement parts Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of inventory management is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when receiving and stocking products Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Retail point-of-sale systems Inventory management software Warranty or repair service administration Light industrial, automotive, or equipment parts sales Pressure washing or power equipment industry What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Opportunity for career growth within a growing company Friendly, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on products Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays as business needs require Why Join Wash Works Supply?
