ABOUT THE JOB

Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles and material on scale deck, enter weight in computer Process payment of customers, verify information is correct and material ticket for corresponding customer and price is correct. Answer incoming calls, give directions, handle questions and or direct to appropriate person/area Handles clerical functions including entering information, managing and developing reports and filing.

ABOUT YOU

Previous Customer Service Experience with the ability to handle both customer and company employees with respect. Previous Computer Knowledge High School Diploma or equivalent required
