Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, routing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Be Doing Schedule and dispatch deliveries, pickups, and service calls based on urgency, geographic location, and technician availability.
Continuously monitor and track driver and technician routes in real-time to ensure the timely completion of all daily assignments.
Quickly identify and proactively resolve any scheduling conflicts, routing issues, or delivery challenges that arise throughout the day.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, handling appointment confirmations and providing accurate delivery updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teamsincluding customer service, warehouse operations, and clinical staffto resolve issues and maintain a seamless workflow.

The Role:
In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate service, optimize routing efficiency, and serve as the critical communication link between our patients, field technicians, and internal teams.Schedule:
MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, routing, or customer service is preferred.
