We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Success Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team-oriented workplace. Position Summary
  • This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, IN.
The Customer Success Coordinator plays plays a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customers receive outstanding service throughout their flooring experience. This position involves following up on estimates, answering customer questions, assisting showroom traffic, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on outstanding estimates and customer inquiries to help close sales in a timely manner Assist customers with questions regarding quotes, products, scheduling, and project details Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Help assist with overflow showroom traffic and greet walk-in customers Help answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction Maintain organized customer records and notes within company systems Assist with order tracking, appointment scheduling, and general administrative support Help maintain showroom appearance and product displays Operate a forklift when needed (training available for the right candidate) Perform additional office and customer support duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills•Previous customer service, inside sales, retail, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude with a team-player mentality Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Forklift certification is highly recommended, but willingness to learn is acceptable Flooring, home improvement, or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation•Retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a well-established local business
