The Role We're hiring a Plumbing Service Manager who will lead from the front—working in the field alongside the team while overseeing daily service operations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who's ready to take the next step into leadership while still staying actively involved in service calls and team development. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of plumbing service technicians in the field Perform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs as needed Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards Drive revenue through strong service execution, upselling, and customer education Monitor performance metrics, job quality, and customer satisfaction Assist with training, ride-alongs, and ongoing technician development Help manage scheduling, workflow, and daily field operations Act as a point of contact for escalated service issues What We're Looking For Strong plumbing service experience (residential preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems efficiently Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and growth Journeyman Licensed Plumber Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation (base + performance incentives) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment Ongoing training and development Why PG Home Services?
