Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator This position serves individulas in Jasper, Mt Vernon, Princeton and Petersburg area. Monday to Friday 10am-6pm (some days time may vary depending on client needs)

Duties:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients in the behavioral health field
• Develop and maintain service plans for clients, ensuring that their needs are met
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, making adjustments as necessary
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and support programs
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing budgets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to clients in need.
