Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling installation dates, and ensuring smooth operations within our customer service department.Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls/emails and handle inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate weekly installation schedules and ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time for customers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with our dealer network by conducting weekly check-ins via phone calls.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining customer databases.
- Preform any other job-related tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
