Controlled Contamination Services has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. SUMMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES GMP
+ Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. + Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques + Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained. + Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained. + Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work. + All other duties as defined by supervisor. Qualifications + Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements. + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. + Ability to write simple correspondence. + Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. + Ability to learn and understand Scope of Work & Standard Operating Procedures + Ability to maintain confidentiality.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
+ High school diploma or general education degree ( GED ); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
