Job Summary Jeremy Electrical a 5 star rated electrical service company is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and delivering outstanding client service to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with excellent phone etiquette to address customer inquiries and support needs Schedule appointments efficiently while managing multiple calendars and coordinating with team members Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through processes Maintain accurate data entry of client information, appointment details, and service records using Microsoft Office tools, House Call Pro and other relevant software Assist with outbound calling efforts to confirm appointments, follow up on inquiries, or gather feedback from clients Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and process payments securely Communicate clearly with clients via written correspondence, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all client interactions Experience Previous call center customer support roles demonstrating strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and scheduling tasks Experience in sales or client services is a plus for engaging with customers proactively Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly and effectively Technical proficiency with computer systems, typing accuracy, and familiarity with customer management software is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier client service while honing your skills in a supportive environment.
