Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused National Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, prioritizing service calls, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong dispatching experience, and can effectively balance customer expectations with operational needs.

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status. Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate urgent service needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems. Collaborate with technicians and management to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours scheduling and dispatch needs. Ensure service calls are completed in a timely and organized manner. Maintain assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with the customer Qualifications
  • Education & Experience Previous customer service experience in a commercial environment.
Prior experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or administrative support role. Strong customer service and client communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation. Experience in the service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades industry is a plus! Familiarity with BuildOps software is a plus! Experience filling warranties is a plus!
