Coordinator - Used

DESCRIPTION

Provides general administration to a variety of support functions and/or division/department functions. Supports internal and external customers in coordination with management, Caterpillar, other vendors, etc.

Compensation up to:

$27.85 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate all activities for used equipment following a deal document completion Coordinate with Work in Process team regarding branch scheduling Develop and implement inbound used equipment Standard Operating Procedures Clean machine Remove previous customer decals Perform basic and safety inspections Identify areas of repair & maintenance Coordinates maintenance service and repairs with all branch service departments Initiate updated standard pictures for Boyd used marketing & sales teams to use Market equipment at mycatused.com, Boyd website and other online used equipment syndicated sites Some travel to visit branches

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

Mechanical background, ideally with previous product support or used equipment experience Work order & branch operations processes Proactive work ethic Ability to resolve conflicts and work with a variety of different personalities High Energy focus on growing the Boyd used equipment business
