Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator

Previous food ingredients, chemicals or pharmaceuticals manufacturing experience advantageous. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance across multiple channels. Support sales teams by managing client accounts, processing orders, and coordinating onboarding activities. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate reports for analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently while maintaining high service standard Manage project timelines related to client onboarding or support initiatives, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Skills A food manufacturer is looking for an individual to oversee, coordinate and support in a variety of administrative tasks in: sales, customer service and logistics. The job entails substantial data entry responsibilities. This position requires a degree in business, accounting or a similar field and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience. Food related background (including chemicals, hospitality and pharmaceutical) is relevant and highly advantageous. Responsibilities Point of contact for existing customers and new inquiries Purchase order entry Manage and coordinate outgoing freight Coordinate, track and manage contracts, bids and quotes Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents such as contracts and quotes Originate and renew sales proposals Maintain and update internal databases with account and customer information Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales services Communicate internally customer feedback Create detailed reports Assist handle or manage social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Handle, monitor, and resolve customer complaints Enter sales orders The following skills and attributes are a must for a successful candidate: excellent expressive skills, high level computer knowledge especially in Excel and data bases, organization and independence. Understanding customer and employee service, sales and marketing.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
