When life gets in the way for our customers, you are the one who steps in with a plan to save the day (and the agreement).

HOW YOU'LL BRING THE MAGIC

The Customer Success Coach •

Relationship Master:

You'll be the primary point of contact for our active customers. You know their names, their stories, and how to help them succeed. •

When an account falls behind, you don't just "call"—you connect. You find creative solutions that help the customer keep their gear while protecting the business. •

You'll own your specific customer lists like a pro. Whether it's following up on returns at the 5-week mark or re-engaging a lost customer, you stay active and intentional. •
