Job Description
The Client Service Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to clients while ensuring efficient coordination of logistics operations. The role serves as a key point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, transportation teams, and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in logistics management systems. Monitor shipments and provide customers with timely status updates. Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure service delivery. Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, shipping documentation, and customer records. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and service issues. Support inventory management activities and assist with stock reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and proactive service. Assist management with performance reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must have experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or ERP systems is an advantage. Must have previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
