Manager of Contract Operations & Client SuccessPOSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Contract Operations & Client Success is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Studyville's high-dosage tutoring contracts, managing state-funded and district vendor partnerships, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for school district clients nationwide. This individual brings deep, hands-on experience operating a tutoring center and understands both the instructional and administrative demands of large-scale academic service delivery. This role serves four core functions: Contract Operations & Client Success- overseeing HDT contract execution and compliance, managing vendor partnership accounts, and serving as the primary relationship liaison with school district clients to ensure program satisfaction and strong outcomes Math Curriculum Developer & Instructional Lead
- developing and overseeing K-8 math curriculum, pre-assessments, progress monitoring, and post-assessments aligned to state academic standards, and providing oversight for tutoring services at Studyville Community Outreach & Brand Ambassador
- representing Studyville at tradeshows, conferences, workshops, and press events locally and nationally to grow brand visibility and promote key programs Work Environment This is a full-time M-F position; evening and weekend availability required as needed by the business Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Overnight travel required for meetings, conferences, and events This is an onsite position working out of the corporate office: 8318 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Dosage Tutoring Contract Management Oversee the planning and execution of high-dosage tutoring contracts across multiple school districts; monitor deliverables, service hours, and student attendance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements Serve as the internal point of accountability for contract performance, escalating issues and recommending solutions proactively Maintain accurate records of student rosters, session logs, and progress data; prepare and submit regular performance reports to district partners and internal leadership Work with the Director of Operation to ensure contract effectiveness Math Curriculum Development & Oversight (K-8) Design and develop K-8 math curriculum aligned to applicable state standards, including diagnostic pre-assessments, progress monitoring tools, and post-assessments to track student growth and inform instruction Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and intervention resources for use by Studyville tutors, ensuring consistency and quality across locations Collaborate with academic and operations leadership to align curriculum with contract requirements and district expectations; support tutor training in math instruction, assessment literacy, and data-informed practices Vendor Partnership & Account Oversight This pillar of the role encompasses state-funded and district vendor partnership management, client account oversight, and school district relationship management. It requires precision, organization, and a strong understanding of compliance requirements across multiple program types and geographies. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partnership and district accounts, managing relationships from enrollment through closeout; oversee invoicing, billing reconciliation, and grant compliance across all programs Maintain thorough documentation for all accounts in preparation for audits and renewals; stay current on policy updates and communicate changes to internal stakeholders Maintain proactive communication with district administrators and campus principals; conduct regular check-ins to assess program satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement Serve as the first point of escalation for campus-level issues related to service delivery or student participation Track client feedback, success stories, and student outcome data to support contract renewals and new business development; collaborate with leadership on renewal strategy and expansion opportunities Community Outreach, Brand Representation & Public Engagement Community & Conference Outreach- Represent Studyville at local, regional, and national tradeshows, education conferences, and community events; travel to and exhibit at national tutoring industry events to position Studyville as a leader in high-dosage tutoring Workshops & Community Events
- Plan and facilitate community workshops, test prep information nights, parent sessions, and educator professional development events Henry the Star-Spangled Spaniel Book Promotions
- Coordinate events tied to the Henry the Star-Spangled Spaniel book program, including school visits, reading events, and literacy fairs Press & Media Events
- Represent Studyville at press and media events; manage event logistics, collateral, and post-event follow-up; track leads and partnership opportunities and provide regular outreach updates to leadership
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum 3-5 years managing or directing a tutoring center, learning center, or academic services program, with experience in K-8 math curriculum development and standards-aligned instructional design Experience developing or administering assessments, progress monitoring tools, and data-driven reporting in a K-12 or tutoring context; familiarity with state academic standards and assessment frameworks Demonstrated experience with contract management, client account oversight, or educational program administration Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple contracts and presenting to district administrators and public audiences Experience with invoicing, billing reconciliation, and state-funded grant or vendor program compliance; high attention to detail in documentation-heavy environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/student data platforms; willingness to travel for conferences and community events; comfort with public speaking and organizational representation Preferred Familiarity with state departments of education, state-funded tutoring vendor programs, or similar grant-funded academic service delivery models Prior experience working with K-12 school districts in a service delivery or partnership capacity Background in education, instructional leadership, or mathematics education; experience with standardized test preparation or high-dosage tutoring models Knowledge of ESA programs and state academic support grant landscapes; experience with community outreach, event coordination, or book/literacy program promotionCORE COMPETENCIES
