Job Description Our client, a leading global information services and data organization, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping clients maximize value, improve adoption, and achieve long-term success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer relationships. $26.00-$31.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Manage customer onboarding and post-sales account support Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management Build strong customer relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional solutions and product offerings Educate customers on product features and functionality to maximize engagement and usage Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify at-risk renewals and develop retention strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams Manage customer cancellations, credits, and refund requests efficiently Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvements Recommend training sessions and additional resources to increase customer adoption and success
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, and/or Sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and GONG is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Previous experience within the Data or Information Services industry preferred If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
