Personal Lines Account Manager

About Us Parish Protection Agency is a fast-growing independent insurance agency based in Northeast Louisiana. We specialize in protecting families with the right coverage for their homes, autos, and more. We're looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support for personal lines insurance clients (home, auto, renters, umbrella, flood, etc.) Handle policy servicing requests: endorsements, renewals, billing, cancellations Review renewals for accuracy and identify opportunities to improve coverage Communicate proactively with clients about changes and coverage needs Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-ups Cross-sell additional policies to ensure clients are fully protected What We're Looking For Louisiana Property & Casualty license required 2+ years experience in personal lines account management or customer service preferred Strong knowledge of personal lines products Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive base salary Bonus/commission opportunities for cross-sells and retention Paid time off and holidays Support for continuing education and licensing A positive, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your updated resume, or email us at jg@bayouagency.com.
