Job Description
Vivid Ink/Prisma is seeking a Printing/Graphics Account Coordinator. Account Coordinator responsibilities include working as part of a sales team in a support role. Primary duties include entering estimates and orders and providing customers with friendly, helpful, excellent customer service. An ideal candidate will be able to learn our products quickly, serve as customer liaison, and follow each job from estimate to final delivery. They will be proactive in solving customer issues and take ownership of each project. Other duties include invoicing, light bookkeeping, and supplies ordering. This can be s a full-time position with the the hours are M-F, 8am-5pm or part time 9:00 to 3:00 M_F. Applicants must have computer experience including Microsoft Office, a positive attitude, and must love helping customers. Applicants must also be responsible, dependable, organized, and be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly on the phone, through email, and in person.
