About the Role South Shore agency in the Boston area seeks an experienced Personal Lines CSR to help with daily client service, policy changes, billing, new business accounts, and renewals. Duties & Responsibilities Keys to your success include: Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies Skills & Experience Two or more years of property and casualty insurance experience State insurance license Tagged as: account manager, administrative, agency, auto, client manager, client service, csr, customer service, homeowners, insurance, middle market, personal lines, project management, umbrella
