Job Description

Robies has an immediate opening for an HVAC Service Coordinator. At its core, the purpose of this role is to support the Service Manager, Service Supervisor and Dispatcher in the execution of daily operations of the Service & Maintenance Departments. Tasks may include but are not limited to: inventory control, parts research, ordering and handling, collaboration with technicians, warranty processing, warranty registration, related reporting as well as tracking all open items through to completion. The ideal candidate has some time spent in the HVAC industry with knowledge of HVAC system components and terminology
  • however this is not a deal breaker.
Candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with goals and deadlines. Candidate must contribute to positive company culture, treat others with kindness & respect, use clear communication and work well as a key part of a successful team. Candidate must have strong dedication to customer service and professionalism.
