Company Overview:
A prestigious law firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, specializes in strategic practice areas such as Private Equity, Finance & Restructuring, M&A, Venture Capital, and Capital Markets. They are seeking a Trust Coordinator to provide administrative support for Trust Advisors and Wealth Management Clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Help administer assigned accounts in accordance with document terms and assist Trustees with administrative decisions. Assist Trust Advisors, Trustees, Lawyers, and Clients with routine and non-routine transactions, including client bill-paying and account maintenance. Respond to internal and external client requests and inquiries. Screen and direct telephone calls and client inquiries; coordinate e-mail and voicemail messages. Create, draft, edit, and revise documents using sample templates. Process incoming and outgoing mail and respond to time-sensitive mail. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including reserving conference rooms and registering visitors. Maintain the electronic filing system to department standards. Assist with vacation and overflow coverage for the Trust Advisor and Trust Coordinator team. Assist with special projects, including grant programs and research projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 3-5 years' experience in a financial services setting required; estate and trust experience is a plus. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Experience managing projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and presentation. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
