Requirements You Will:
Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time Maintain running cost within budget Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needsYou Have:
6+ years of experience managing a Heavy Truck Maintenance shop Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet A customer focused mindset Strong mechanical aptitude Strong organizational and interpersonal skill setBenefits We Have:
Competitive Compensation:
$90,000- 110,000 per year + Annual Bonus of up to $10,000 +
Monthly PM Bonus Steady Schedule:
