If you are looking for a role where servicing clients and mentoring staff stands out to you, lets talk. Lead, mentor, and supervise client service associates and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and outstanding client service. Help build and scale the client service function by developing processes, workflows, service standards, and training programs to support future growth. Oversee daily client service operations, including account maintenance, money movement requests, onboarding, transfers, and service issue resolution. Partner closely with advisors and leadership to enhance the client experience, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of client requests. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while maintaining strong operational controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of client service experience within financial services, wealth management, broker-dealer, RIA, or investment advisory environments. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required, including direct management, team lead responsibilities, or oversight of interns, associates, or support staff. Series 7 license strongly preferred. Series 9/10 or Series 24 license highly preferred. Experience with firms such as Commonwealth, LPL Financial, Raymond James, Merrill, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Fidelity, Schwab, or similar wealth management organizations is highly desired. Strong knowledge of brokerage operations, account servicing, client onboarding, and advisor support functions. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and relationship management skills.
