Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate service requests, support technicians, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the service process. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner, escalating issues when necessary. Provide customers with updates regarding service status, scheduling changes, delays, and completed work. Coordinate and schedule service calls and technician appointments. Assist with preparing customer quotes and following up on outstanding proposals. Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation within internal systems. Enter and update work orders, customer information, service notes, and job details. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to support billing and service history. Provide administrative support for service operations, including billing and related processes Work collaboratively with customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a service-related environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with an ERP system is a plus.
