This entry-level position is responsible for coordinating service requests, assisting with technician scheduling and dispatch, maintaining accurate customer records, and serving as a primary point of contact for incoming service inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming customer calls to the appropriate internal teams. Coordinate and dispatch service requests to field technicians based on location, availability, and service needs. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and work assignments for field service personnel. Maintain accurate customer, service, and equipment information within CRM and service management systems. Perform data entry, update service records, and ensure information remains current and accurate. Generate reports and complete system updates as needed to support daily operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide administrative support for the field service organization and assist with additional projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or a related administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with CRM, service management, or scheduling software preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently. #

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
