Job Summary:
Tiburon Swim Academy, a rapidly expanding team of dedicated swim coaches focused on nurturing children's progress and achievements, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our students and parents, and be the face of our front desk & deck staff, ensuring a positive experience at our swim academy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding swim lessons and programs.
- Manage the pool deck, knowing where all coaches and swimmers need to be.
- Tracking skills and performance of swimmers
- Managing the movement of swimmers from skill progressions
- Maintaining a clean and organized pool deck
- Maintaining organization of the pool
- Communicating with the team for swimmer movement and progression
- Communicating with customers on the progress and movement of their swimmers
- Utilize retail math skills to process payments, handle transactions, and manage customer accounts.
- Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette when handling incoming calls and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Manage time efficiently to handle customer inquiries promptly and provide timely responses.
- Collaborate with the team on technical sales aspects related to swim equipment or electronic devices.
- Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding between customers and staff.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is required.
- Familiarity with electronics sales or aquatic products is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous for engaging with diverse customers.
