Your role
Role Purpose:
A Team Administrator leads the daily operations of the team and ensures service excellence for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team of Client Service Associates (CSA) including; team schedule, preparation and review of client materials, monitor client and Financial Advisor requests and ensure timelines are met
- Oversee CSA operations including; client meeting preparation, input of orders andpletion of associated documentation
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities and oversee the on boarding process for new clients
- Provide support to Financial Advisors and act as a lead service provider for high priority relationships
Key Deliverables:
- Source and recruit CSAs to the team alongside being actively involved in the development of existing CSAs
- Prioritize account service requests and review daily reports and alerts to ensure appropriate delegation andpletion

Your expertise
We are looking for a candidate who is fully licensed and registered SIE, Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 with at least 5 years of experience.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
