Listing & Client Care Manager Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest Winchester, MA Job Details Full-time From $71,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Google Workspace Interpersonal skills Schedule management Attention to detail Residential real estate transactions Full Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, service driven Listing & Client Care Manager to oversee the full listing process while delivering a concierge level experience to our seller clients. This is not an entry level administrative role. This position is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, project management, luxury service, client care, or real estate operations who can confidently manage multiple moving pieces while making clients feel completely supported. You will be the primary connection point between clients, agents, vendors, and marketing throughout the listing lifecycle. What You'll DoListing Coordination Manage the listing process from signed agreement through executed contract Enter and maintain MLS listings accurately and on time Coordinate photographers, stagers, painters, contractors, inspectors, and vendors Prepare listing presentations, marketing materials, brochures, and property collateral Organize open houses and broker tours Ensure all timelines, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track Collaborate with marketing team members on digital, print, and social media promotion Maintain accurate records and listing activity updates Client Care Serve as the primary point of contact for seller clients throughout the transaction Deliver a luxury, white glove client experience from start to finish Provide proactive communication and weekly updates to clients Anticipate challenges before they become problems Coordinate services and resources on behalf of clients Build trust through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, tech savvy, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
