Summary We are seeking to hire experienced pest control personnel for our Service Manager position. The primary responsibilities of the Service Manager involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day service team and customer service operations of the branch to achieve the budget each month. Responsibilities As a Pest Control Service Manager , your daily duties will include but may not be limited to: Counsel, train, and develop employees and manage employee performance. Understand and communicate company products and services. Understand and communicate pest/termite biology and habits. (Training Provided) Apply products in accordance with laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Obtain state certification when eligible. Use inspection tools, application tools, and equipment as needed. Tolerate a variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions including damp, dusty, etc. Enter and exit crawl spaces, structures and other tight spaces. Ascend and descend stairs and ladders. Requirements The primary requirements of a Pest Control Service Manager involve: Previous Route Management experience in a service-oriented industry is required. Pest Control Industry experience required. Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record.
