We have committed work on the schedule through 2026, and support large national service accounts. You'll be in charge of our Baltimore service branch. You'll be responsible for selling new work, as well as supporting our existing customer base. You'll also be estimating and project managing the jobs in your area, and will be the manager of the field employees that are based at your location. This is an entrepreneurial position, with a proven business model to grow your branch.
Job Responsibilities:

Requirements What we look for in new team members: 3-5 years commercial roofing experience and 3 years of sales/customer service experience (roofing-commercial construction preferred). General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good at building relationships. Positive/solution-based approach to challenges. Work ethics. Genuine desire to better those around you. Salary:
$80k-$120k, Negotiable with the hiring manager. All offers will be made on a 90-day trial basis. After 90 days of work, there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.
