$60K to $75K depending on experience Position Overview A well-established and growth-oriented insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to support a diverse book of commercial insurance business. This role provides day-to-day servicing support to Account Managers and Producers while helping ensure accounts are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of client service. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced insurance environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and continue developing expertise in commercial insurance account management. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day servicing support to Account Managers and Producers. Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy-related requests. Assist with renewal preparation, follow-up, and account documentation. Support remarketing efforts by gathering information and coordinating with carriers. Respond to client and carrier inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and complete policy and account records. Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carrier representatives as needed. Assist Account Managers with maintaining strong client relationships and supporting account retention. Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience with Applied EPIC preferred Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts. Experience with certificates, endorsements, and policy documentation preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong client-service orientation and a collaborative approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
