Who You Are A natural host with a refined, client-first mindset A proactive leader who elevates others Detail-oriented and operationally strong A true brand ambassador who embodies the Bevara standard Responsibilities Lead and deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience Develop systems to ensure a consistent experience that can be scale Oversee the front of house operations including scheduling clients, curating a refined client experience from the moment of arrival to departure Curate client flow, including supporting providers flow between clients to optimize their day and efficiency Manage all front desk activities and team members Coordinate bookings, communications, and follow-ups with accuracy and care Resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency Foster client rebooking, retention, and service optimization goals Champion a strong rebooking rate Drive retail sales Curate and represent our brand to the highest degree Qualifications 5+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, or client-facing roles (medspa, aesthetics, or luxury wellness preferred) Strong client experience background in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with scheduling software and other CRM systems Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Certificates in medical-grade skincare a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills and professional and polished demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail The Details Your schedule will cover 40-hours per week from Tuesday - Saturday You will be eligible for PTO and Sick Days A clear professional development plan to support your certification in areas of interest that support the business needs (e.g. ZO, client services, etc) You will be eligible for discounts on our products & services Who We Are A team of devoted individuals who care deeply about our work, expect a strong work ethic, and enjoy one another Bevara was founded to help clients preserve their inner beauty, maintain their outward glow, and take preventative steps against aging - breaking the mold from other medspas We provide the highest standards in medical-grade treatments, mild to moderate interventions, ongoing prevention, proper maintenance, and some serious self-love. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
