Responsibilities:

Ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and guests are satisfied Master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs Maintain a positive work culture Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues Training new Team Members Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Maintaining food and labor costs

Requirements:

1-2 years of restaurant, fast food, or retail experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Customer service mindset Must be over 18 years old

Availability:

Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week-to-week based on business needs, while fostering a fair work/life balance. Monthly schedules may require some overtime. Pay based on experience.
