Job Description

About Us:
We are a small, family-owned manufacturing and service business competing on a national scale. We operate in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, accuracy, and teamwork directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service/Office Coordinator to manage daily customer communication and support core office and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Respond to customer emails and inquiries Prepare and send customer quotes Enter and process customer orders accurately Create and send invoices using QuickBooks Apply payments and maintain billing records Vendor communication and tracking Shipping paperwork, tracking, and customer updates Maintain clean and organized office spaces Light cleaning (sweeping, trash, bathrooms) as part of shared office upkeep General administrative support
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills Attention to detail Reliability and consistent attendance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a small business setting
Preferred Experience:
Customer Service or Office Administration QuickBooks experience Manufacturing or logistics experience
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour depending on experience Full-time position No health insurance currently provided
