Grand Beauty Aesthetics is a growing, results-driven medspa focused on natural outcomes, client education, and an elevated experience. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering a high-end client journey from start to finish.
Position Overview:
This is not a typical front desk role. We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused professional to manage front desk operations while supporting sales, client experience, and daily workflow. This role is essential to the success of the business and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and confident interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily provider flow Answer phones, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner Support client retention through rebooking and follow-up Educate clients on services, skincare, and membership options Process payments through EMR/POS system (Mangomint) Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies Support basic social media tasks (posting, stories, content) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a client-facing, sales, hospitality, or medical/spa setting Consistently on time, reliable, and professional Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients Comfortable with sales, recommendations, and guiding client decisions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling systems and EMR Experience with social media and Canva preferred
