Job Description

Job Title:
Powersports Service Manager Cycle City is a family-owned Powersports dealership that has been serving our community since 1968. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Powersports Service Manager to lead our busy service department. This is a fast-paced, full time position in a fun and growing industry. With four full-time technicians working hard to keep up with demand, there is always something happening in the service department. Even during the winter months, our service department stays busy with strong demand for maintenance, repairs, and other service work. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department. Schedule customer service appointments and coordinate workflow. Review customer concerns and determine the appropriate service or repair needs. Prepare accurate work estimates and communicate them clearly to customers. Keep repair orders, paperwork, and department records accurate and up to date. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize jobs and keep work moving efficiently. Monitor department productivity and help ensure technicians have the information and resources they need. Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimates, and completed work. Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused service department. Help ensure a high level of teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Powersports, automotive, or related service management experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or power equipment is a plus. Comfortable working with customers, technicians, and dealership staff. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Leadership skills and the ability to keep a team productive and motivated.
