This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, white-glove service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex client situations with professionalism, urgency, and care. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates must bring a strong background in professional services, client support, or high-touch relationship management and possess the ability to confidently navigate sensitive situations and deliver first-class client experiences. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an elevated and seamless service experience Handle complex client service requests, escalations, and case resolutions with professionalism and urgency Deliver white-glove, concierge-level support while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through Coordinate internally with advisors, operations teams, and external partners to ensure timely resolution of client matters Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication updates within internal systems Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions and support Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional communication Support overall client retention efforts by creating a consistent, high-quality service experience Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the broader client experience team Qualifications Prior experience in client support, client relations, customer success, or professional services required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Proven ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues effectively under pressure Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Professional demeanor with the ability to work with high-net-worth or discerning clientele preferred Demonstrated career stability and strong professional references required Experience within financial services, legal, wealth management, hospitality, or other high-touch service industries is highly valued No licenses required Insurance experience not required What the Firm Offers Opportunity to join a collaborative and client-focused independent firm Stable and growth-oriented environment Competitive compensation package Long-term career opportunity with leadership exposure Supportive team culture emphasizing professionalism and exceptional service
