The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex client situations with professionalism, urgency, and care. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates must bring a strong background in professional services, client support, or high-touch relationship management and possess the ability to confidently navigate sensitive situations and deliver first-class client experiences.
