JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for enhancing the customers journey throughout the relationship by promoting our brand and offering exceptional support, every step of the way.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with general inquiries and process customer orders. Coordinate/Track customer shipments and communicate delivery of orders to the customer. Manage customer open orders/backorders and expedite shortages. Liaison between customer, sales, materials and warehouse. Support sales in customer forecasting/placement sheets and communicate with materials on any changes. Maintain customer pricing and quotations. Analyze and solve problems. Build customer relationships. Evaluate processes and bring forth recommendations on how to improve so that the customer's experience is frictionless.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Responsive, Helpful, Intuitive, Empathetic, Proactive, Communication skills, Problem Solving
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate/Bachelors Degree 1 year of Customer Service experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged sitting
