A Retail Customer Service Manager manages staff that provide customer service for a retail store. Assists staff as needed, or deals directly with customers. Implements policies with regard to store products and merchandise. Answers questions, resolves problems and complaints and approves refunds or exchanges for customers.

Customer Service and Positive Attitude a must. We're looking for a hard working, creative team player to join our team, someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Customer service experience, especially in retail, is a bonus. Willing to train the right person.
Pay will be determined by experience. 40 hours Monday-Friday.
