Dee Cramer is seeking a Service Dispatcher to play a key role within our commercial HVAC service department. In this position, you will help coordinate daily service operations by connecting customers, service technicians, and account managers. The Service Dispatcher serves as a critical point of communication, helping ensure service requests are addressed efficiently, schedules stay organized, and customers receive timely updates. What You'll Do Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Manage incoming customer service calls and gather the information necessary to determine appropriate service needs. Coordinate and assign daily service calls to technicians while modifying schedules as priorities change. Review technician-completed work documentation and verify that work order information is accurate and complete. Plan and schedule service activities by evaluating weather conditions, workload demands, and business priorities. Process parts orders as needed to support service operations. Communicate between Account Managers and Field Technicians to provide updates regarding service work order status. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of two years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective multitasking abilities, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a professional office environment. Experience in dispatching and/or a call center setting. Previous exposure to the HVAC industry. Knowledge of Sage, BuildOps, and/or Tech Tool software is a plus. CompensationBenefits Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
